This is Faith No More. And a gimp. Never mind the gimp. Faith No More is one of the premiere creative talents in artsy heavy alternative music. They have been missing for awhile, mostly due to notoriously prolific leader Mike Patton’s 642 different side projects/bands/guest appearances and whatever shiny has his attention on any given day. There was a point not so long ago, that any future of Faith No More might be in question. In a January 2013 interview, Mike Patton suggested that the band would not remain active beyond the reunion tour, stating that “it’s sort of petered out” and the band was “maybe a little too conscious for [their] own good.” But 2015 is a glorious year, as the band graced the world with, “Sol Invictus”.
