Review: Brother’s Keeper

Brother’s Keeper
“5 Hits From Hell”
(Ides of March)

This album should be a staple for all other bands trying to create a cover CD, as the punk hardcore that is Brother’s Keeper shows how it’d done with five excellent Misfits covers. Even though I’ve been around enough fans to recognize most of the Misfits’ collection, I’ve never really been an actual fan. ¬†However, if they had played like Brother’s Keeper, I probably would have been able to get into their music more, although I would be hard-pressed to be into the band themselves, as their blatant homosexuality isn’t really something I look for in a band.
